Before you book
- How do I make a booking on your website?
You can book a transfer by using the displayed booking form on Transferus.gr website. Just choose the date, your departure and destination points, add how many people will be and whether you want one way or with return transfer. Click the ‘Find A Transfer’ button and confirm the booking by choosing if you want baby seat or child booster. You are done, after you fill in the required fields with your personal and contact details. If cannot find your desired route, please contact us via our contact form and we will prepare a custom transfer for you shortly.
- What information do I need in order to book?
In order to offer you reliable services, we need you to provide us with your personal details (name and last name), contact details (phone number and email address), the destination address and the flight number.
- I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?
If you cannot find a route you want to book, please send us your request via our contact form and we will prepare shortly a custom route for your needs.
- How do I pay for my transfer?
There is no prepayment for the transfer service. You pay the driver the amount in cash at the end of the transfer.
- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?
Yes. It is possible to book a transfer with more than one stop. You can write your requests in the notes field, during the booking procedure. For your best service, please send us your request via our contact form and we will answer you shortly.
- How can I be sure that my reservation has been confirmed?
After the booking is finished, you will receive promptly a confirmation email. Bookings are verified only after the receiving of the confirmation email.
Before you travel
- What luggage entitlement will I have?
With a transfer booking, 1 suitcase/bag + 1 hand luggage per person is included in the price. In case you need to bring more luggage, then please give us an early note, so we could arrange it.
- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?
If your transfer starts at the airport, then your driver will wait for you at the check-out exit, holding a tag with your name on it. If the starting point is a hotel or any other address, then the driver will come to pick you up at your desired destination.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
In such a case just give us call and we will settle it. Normally, this does not happen. We try to be at the airport earlier than the flight arrivals.
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?
Of course it is possible, but please give us an early note, via our contact form or by phone, so we could adjust your needs with a suitable vehicle.
- How long will the transfer take?
It depends on the destination and the traffic conditions on the day. All popular locations in Chalkidiki are reachable within 45-90 minutes drive. During the booking procedures you will be able to see the required time to your destination.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
In case your flight is delayed, the driver will be aware of it and will wait for you at the arrivals hall with no extra charge.
